Saw a bit of history on our recent cruise

During the stop in Stockholm we unexpectedly happened upon the the King of Sweden and the prime minster of Finland arriving at the royal palace to discuss joining NATO. Spectators were kept at a distance so used my trusty old 35-70mm 2.8 Nikkor and a 1.4X teleconverter on my my D500, then croppped the photo to get the first shot, and 12-24 F4 to get the horses and riders, which passed directly in front of us.

Very neat photographs indeed. Lucky you. Did you happen to see the ship, VASA, exhibit while in Stockholm?

We did, but the visit had to be cut short because of traffic delays caused by the procession. Would have liked to spend more time there.
