Looking for ideas in attaching CG5 mount to a concrete pier?

I'm looking for some input as to where I might find an attachment for my CG5 mount. I am looking to attach it to a concrete pier I just placed in my yard. Does anyone know of an after market item that will work or what you may have done to make your CG5 mount work on a concrete pier. The pier stands 48 inches out of the ground.
I did not want to go through the hassle of making an aluminum or steel pier again,that is why I went with concrete at this height.
I thought I would bolt a plate to the top yet need a way to attach the mount to the plate. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks, Tim

Try this link.......http://www.pierplates.com/products_8560.html..... there's a nice plate base here for CG5. As a matter of fact, it even shows a project doing the install.
