I pulled out the P900 that i hadn't used in quite awhile. Here are some shots I took.The one draw back I find you can't shoot Raw,but it is a fun camera.

You should probably use a tripod with that camera on long telephoto.

I usually do use a tripod. I was just taking quick shots since I haven't used it for awhile.Thanks for comments

I can shoot RAW on my P-950, but not in bird mode. I see that yours has some trouble with auto-focus, as well. I find that it is slow, and doesn't track well.

I have the P900 and the P1000. I love both. I take the P900 and my Sony a6000 everywhere I go. The P1000 is a lot heavier BUT it has fantastic IS. I don't need a tripod with the P1000.
