It the right answer but wrong reason, I have admit because it was difficult to get to the photo was taken on a different day when the tide was in. If you look at the others you can see how low the water is.

Excellent pictures. My first name is Preston and years ago I used to be a email pal with a lady in Preston, UK. She was a school teacher. Then she got transferred to an island off the coast of France and we lost contact. But thank you for the photos. First chance I've had to see what it looks like there.
I enjoyed Walton Bridge and the sharp reflection of the merchant's house.
