For many years "Lower Wacker Drive" was the semi-secret way to get across the dense Chicago Loop avoiding all the traffic and stop lights. Now it has an even lower level to get to the River Walk.

Note that on the lowest level, you can park next to the River Walk, but the Chicago Auto Pound is there at the eastern end if your car is towed.
