A Martha Stewart recipe - Tortilla Espanola with Chorizo, "customized" as always. Primarily, frozen hash browns, more chorizo (Boar's Head a new favorite) and cheese added. The trigger for this, receiving a few dozen free range eggs, and a day of mowing. Simple and an easier Frittata, if that is possible. D 750 with AF S Nikkor 24-85 1:3.5 4.5 G
Onion and potato 12 minutes covered
Chorizo in the same pan
Combine Chorizo and fat with other ingredients
Mix all ingredients and pour into the skillet with a little extra butter
Slide onto plate and flip to cook the other side
Serve with avocado, sour cream and Taco chips - I also like a little Cholula.
If I hadn't just had dinner I would have tried to eat the screen. Really great shots
Very nicely done. Love how you plated it with the avocado.

Thanks a lot! I have trouble leaving things alone. I get away with it most of the time, once in a great while, just edible!

Thank you kindly! This is so easy and so fast, just pull up the recipe and you can try it at home. Let me know if you plan to and I'll give you specifics of my changes via PM.
Nicely done, used the same process here at home. Great shot

Serrano han is a great idea, what about prosciutto? The last time I used pork belly.

Great idea, I always have prosciutto in the house, easier than tracking down something else.
