04 Regulars on “Information Please” were = Moderator: Clifton Fadiman; Panelists: Franklin P. Adams, John Kieran and Oscar Levant (absolutely great old radio program; incredibly knowledgeable panelists)
05 Always 39 was = Jack Benny (probably the greatest comedian of all)
06 Cult classic comedy movie – obsessed with suicide is = Harold – in Harold and Maude (a great movie)
07 Northridge, South Bend, East Lansing, Westwood are = major university cities: Cal State Northridge, Notre Dame, Michigan State, UCLA
08 The Bolivian army all fired at once in = Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (another great movie)
09 What did Mr. Whipple say? = Don’t squeeze the Charmin
10 “Where’s the beef?” is from = old Wendy’s TV commercial
11 “Army Blue” used what music? = Aura Lee
12 “Cayuga’s Waters” is = from Cornell University song
13 “Champions of the West” is = from University of Michigan song
14 “Che gelida manina” is from, by = La Boheme, Puccini
15 Group famous for “Cool Water” and “Tumbling Tumbleweeds” was = Sons of the Pioneers (one of the best)
16 “From the Tables Down at Mory’s” is = from Yale University Whiffenpoof Song
17 “I drink my whisky clear” is = from Georgia Tech University song
18 “Largo al Factotum” is from, by = The Barber of Seville, Rossini
19 “Libiamo” is from, by = La Traviata, Verdi
20 “Marcha Triunfal” is from, by = Aida, Verdi
21 “Modern Major-General” is from, by = The Pirates of Penzance, Gilbert and Sullivan
22 Scott Joplin rag theme for movie is, from = The Entertainer, The Sting (absolutely great movie – and music)
23 “Spreading light and goodness over all the West” is – from University of California song
24 “The Age of Aquarius” is from = the stage musical Hair (saw it in San Francisco many years ago)
25 “To the New York Island” is, by = from This Land is Your Land, Woody Guthrie (a folk music pioneer)
26 “Toreador Song” is from, by = Carmen, Bizet (which started my love of classical and some opera music – many years ago)

I take it that you mean only 9 with which you are familiar. Things of this nature have specific relationship to the individual posting, of course. These all are a few of my favorites, or things with which I have had some association - not just pulled out of the blue. I stopped where I did because I figured that was enough for this time!
