If you want in new condition you should pay new price. Order them. Get Breakthrough.

Want to save some money?

https://www.kentfaith.com/nd8-nd64-cpl-lens-filters/SKU1553_82mm-lens-filter-kit-neutral-density-nd8-nd64-cpl-circular-polarizer-for-professional-camera-lens-with-multiple-layer-nano-coated

K&F Concept 82mm ND8 (3 stop), ND64 (6 stop) and C-Pol for $67.

I haven't used their ND filters, but have been shooting with a couple of their C-Pols and am impressed.

I also use a number of B+W filters: MRC, F-Pro, X-Pro. I don't have any Breakthrough, but do have some of the better Hoya and one or two other brands.

These K&F are made in China, but supposedly use the same German Schott glass as B+W and Breakthrough X4.

They also are nano multi-coated. Something like 18 layer coatings. Similar to top of the line Breakthrough and B+W.

They use aluminum frames, instead of brass like B+W. No problem if your lens uses plastic filter threads like many modern ones do.... but aluminum threaded into metal barrels can be more prone to getting stuck. Brass is better, in that case.

The only minor complaint I've heard is that some people felt the C-Pol they received was too stiff to rotate. The two I've got are fine... tight enough that they stay where I put them and no "slop". I imagine they might loosen over time, with use. We'll see, but I've only been using them for a relatively short time.
