Anhinga drying off

I have posted many shots of anhingas sunning their wings to dry off after diving. This set shows an anhinga flapping its wings in preparation for its sun bath. I caught this anhinga in a flurry of wing movement with my high speed shutter setting. The result is several different wing positions.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Great set Mike, he sure managed to get himself thoroughly soaked before getting out of the water. They have no natural waterproofing like most water birds and can get themselves in real trouble if they get too wet

Thanks, Jack, he kept the flapping going for a while.

Great captures, Mike. The downloads are beautiful. Especially like when he is showing his profile.

Great action set Mike. I've seen cormorants act that well too.

Thanks, Ron, not a lot of variety (LOL).
