Probably less than half, but I know # 15, 16, 24-26.! And unfortunately #1.
Wow, only about six or so...
I know what #1 is but once in the late 50's or early 60's when my grandmother was visiting we were watching, I think, the Jack Benny show when the cigarette commercial came on and always at the end a man's voice said, "remember LSMFT" whereas I said, "loose strap means floppy teats". It caught my grandmother by surprise but she had a good laugh.
Got quite a few, some are way out there for me. #12.was easy, I live in Ithaca, NY.
Only 5 for me. Been around long enough to have heard more (maybe all)... but the other side of been around is CRS (can’t remember sh*t)

My inclusion of Ithaca came about because: In 1945, when I was graduating from high school, the Pepsi Cola company was providing all-expense four year scholarships to any University in the US for two students from each state. Selection was from the top 10% of graduating seniors from all high schools taking a very exhaustive test. Unfortunately, I came in number three in the state of California, so only received a cash award. Had I been one of the top two, I intended to go there to school to become a Civil Engineer! (As it turned out, I did get a University of California Alumni Association scholarship, and went to UCSB.) The cost for Pepsi to sponsor all those scholarships had to have been astronomical, so after 1944 and 1945 the program was discontinued. I obviously was very disappointed at not having been one of the top two, but still was quite proud to have been number three in the thousands from the state of California.
I've been in the state of New York only two times. In my work at the Products Research and Chemical Corporation R&D Lab in Burbank, I used a General Electric RTV silicone product in one of mine, and in the 1960s made a trip to their facility in Waterford. I did have the chance to spend the weekend in NYC , so did the tourist things - Empire State building, etc. Then, only a few years ago, I was assisting my daughter moving back to California from upstate New York, and had the opportunity to explore as far north as Lake George. I did get some good pictures there, and of the state capitol at Albany. But that's it!

Maybe the best so far. I didn't think they all were that tough! But for some, I guess you kind of "had to have been there".

My dad had another version of that too: "Lord save me from Texas". It was a saying by Army Air Corps members during WWII because the base(s) in Texas were miserably hot.
I only got 7; 8 if having 2 answers for #1 counts.
