Glock is an inexpensive firearm? You must have more money than brains.
You're a real 'effin moron. Notice where I'm from?? At the range the Glock was $353. Pretty inexpensive. I Prefer Sig and H&K.

Yes, there is a lot of money to be made by the repair crews but, that has NOTHING to do with the premiums one pays nor how the insurance companies take out policies on their policies, you dried up old prune.
You can doubt all you want.
You poor unhappy creature. Replies like this only make you look small
Yes it does have something to do with it. Costs in general will go up. They always do.

To make a ridiculous comment like that you either didn't listen to him or you didn't understand him.

I don't find that comment funny, clever nor appropriate.

As usual, you butt in when you completely miss the point of what was being stated.
I was talking about the insurance companies covering their bets... taking out insurance policies on their insurance polices.... so, it costs them little to nothing.
You come along and throw out your insults stating that "you know a guy" that makes a lot of money repairing hail damage. NOT THE POINT!
YES, the repair crews make money but the home owner doesn't pay!
YOU must be a poor unhappy creature as it seems you so badly want attention that you always butt in when you have nothing to contribute.

Wrongful death insurance?
How many criminals will do that?
Remember murder is illegal.
So let's make everybody register as a weapon and have Wrongful death insurance.
This is so stupid.
Sounds like a typical i***t lib idea.
Well, I knew the likes of you and pp3420 wouldn't be able to see further than your bulbous nose(s) but, I'm not going to try and explain further.
Rome wasn't built in a day. (I picture you scratching your head on that one too!)

"Notice where I From?" No, where are you from?

It not funny, to me that what that person like that.

Moronic. You say illegal guns would be harder to acquire because sellers couldn’t sell without proof of coverage. So if a criminal has an illegal gun, and he wanted to sell it to another criminal, he couldn’t because he didn’t have proof of coverage? That is an asinine “ass”sumption on your part Boo Hoo. You’re reasoning sk**ls are inept, to say the least. Don’t give up your job at the city dump.
After watching you eat at the city dump, chewing on used sanitary napkins thinking they were PB&J yeah, I gave that job up.

The homeowner does pay through increased premiums that are levied by the insurance company after a claim.

Not always true!
I had hail damage in 2016. Had roofs on 4 buildings replaced, deck replaced and siding on house and 3-car garage replaced.
My premiums did NOT increase because of this. Six years later, I am paying "slightly" higher premiums that I consider to be related to inflation - not a claim.

The home owner paid via premiums over years. Insurance company has possession of those funds until a valid claim is made. It’s never the insurance companies’ money except maybe in lower profits.
FrumCA wrote:

Not always! Depends on the size of their premiums available for claims (premium minus admin costs) plus reserves kept from other years. The companies must file for new rates in every state in which they write policies and the state insurance commissions watch the profit margins very closely.
How many guns would be not sold on the black market, if insurance were required. I don't think the insurance people would cover them anyway
