of the year for me. Hummingbirds have been rather few and far in between this year at my place, not really sure way but it is what it is I guess.
Here are a couple that I managed to get today, I was hoping to get this one while it was away from the feeder as I would rather not have the feeder in the photo,
but I'll take it anyway....

Well done, Tom. I try to get them away from the feeder too, but sometimes you have to take what you can get!

good shot, I have found the only way I can get them away from the feeder is to shoot in "rapid fire" and then eliminate the 100 or so extra shots....
