Long Ago and Far Away
I am going on 90 years of age and do not expect to be around in 10 or 15 more years. On my departure, I expect my trove of images will not be of interest to anyone I know, so if you will bear with me, I would like to share some pictures that I did save, not because I think absolutely superb, but because I like them enough keep and want to share.
My older photos were almost totally taken with a series of Nikon F Series bodies and mostly Nikor lenses. As age and decrepitude set in, I sold all that equipment and purchased Nikon point and shoots…P90, p610 and recently the p950 which restored my access to telephoto distances. I have been criticized by some UHH’ers for my later choice of cameras, but I now have a “toy” camera which fits my needs.
Let me know if this was interesting enough for me to keep on sending more parts.
Thank you,
Larry Biond

Keep sharing, the equipment you use is not important at all.
I also enjoyed viewing your pictures! Thanks for sharing them.
Enjoyed seeing your images very much. Please keep posting them Larry.

Liked them all; I have been to some of those places. I especially enjoyed the shot of the Uffizi in Florence. I picked up a small water color of that very scene on a trip to Florence during the time my son was doing a Navy tour down in Naples. The artist had pretty much the same composition, but without the old style autos.
