The new "birds" sub set

The decision is in, I posted several sets that include gators and turtles, but because there were birds - it ALL goes to birds.

Sorry, if you like other wildlife shots you had better look in "birds" also.

Thanks for the heads up… why not retitle it to wildlife instead and create subsets for flowers, landscapes etc. Too much work lol

It appears that birds bother many viewers and they need to be shielded.

I need to be shielded from the macro bugs!

It's not a question of bother. Some (many?) of us welcome the change because there were just far too many bird pictures in the Gallery section. It made it difficult for those not particularly interested in bird pictures to get to the other content in Gallery. That's the reason I unsubscribed from the section some time ago.

This is going to be fun. Mike chose to post a turtle and gator with his bird set rather than somewhere else. All of the pictures are well done.

Will the gator and turtle police show up in time to rescue the non-birds before they start a revolt?

Birds with shells? And giant tails and claws, and great big teeth? Now I'm really confused.

I really con't understand the people who complain about what other people post. Just don't look if you don't like it.

Mike, sorry I missed you in Hilton Head. We had out of town company and lots of other things goung on. Maybe next year.

"I really con't understand the people who complain about what other people post. Just don't look if you don't like it".

The issue is not about what people post. It's about organization and structure of the UHH content. It's about easier accessibility to content you want to view.

I agree. It would be different if we (I include myself) titled our images to indicate what to expect when we click.
Small thumbnails next to image titles would be nice also.

UHH is what it is, and attracts quite a few of us. If I really didn't like it I would go elsewhere, but the place is fun and informative. Some threads are unintentionally comical ... if you have a sense of humor.

I actually think the sub-forum is a good idea. Just don't understand why I hear so many complaints about bird pictures. AT least now, maybe we won't have to hear them.
