This resembles work from a Northern Cal. Artist named 'Monte Monte', (look him up!), who scours places, such as Flea Markets, & Thrift Stores for these types of art-ifacts to form his creations. - I wonder!

Thanks for all the responses. I have one more picture of a gun made in the same fashion. This Dr. is a Parkinsons rehab Dr. that offices with an accountant. They share the same waiting room.
