I think these guys are in transit because they were only here 2 days. Goldfinch I think. Please correct me if I am wrong.

The last one might be a Goldfinch but I believe the others are an Evening Grosbeak.
i'm leaning toward evening grosbeak as well ... great photos, by the way

I think your birds are Bullock’s Oriole male and female. They are definitely not Goldfinch nor are they Evening Grosbeaks.

Possible Bullock's Oriole but also possible Evening Grosbeak. Hard to tell for sure from these angles. There are some coloring differences that could go either way.
Bullock's Orioles for sure. I have never seen one do that before, great captures. They would love you forever if you put out oranges cut in half and/or grape jelly.
Thanks BudsOwl, Stanikon and Curmudgeon... Bullocks Oriole it is...The Audubon Field Guide to North American Birds agree with you. It's a new bird for me. I have been here 7 years now and have never seen these birds before. Here are two more shots at different angles.

Much easier to tell from these angles.
Yes Bullock's! Congrats on a new First for you & what a colorful first it is! I am having a field day with Bullock's at my house, the first time they have been coming back to my feeders !! They LOVE the grape jelly & the sugar water like hummers ...except Orioles like it 3 cups of water to 1/2 cup of sugar While hummers is only 2 cups water. Congrats again!
