These are from the home of where I was evacuated. Their dog is a chihuahua (?) mix who got along great with Shep. Small miracle.
Very nice. Glad you are OK.
My wife and I were in self evacuation situation a few years back when fires started heading toward Santa Barbara, CA. I happened to wake up at 2:00 AM and looked out the front door to see flames coming over a hill about a mile away from our home. I looked at my wife and decided it was time to gather what we could and get out. That was the first but several times later we were told by the Sheriff's Office it was time to get out. Not pleasant but better to be safe. On our self evacuation we returned home at 3:00 that same afternoon to find the fire had gone back over the hill and up into the coastal mountains.

Nice set and love the dog shots. Glad to hear you're safe.

Stay safe and thanks for the share.
It must be very stressful to be evacuated. At least the different photo ops are a small plus! Love that pretty iris.
Very good series, Barbara.
Very nicely done images, Barbara.
