My camera is on spot meter for the small birds but because they were moving it took the reading off the dark green on the feeder so the bird and most other stuff was way over exposed - looked like a ghost bird.
I tweaked things a bit but am not really overjoyed with the way the colors look. I do like the triangular composition of the birds.
OOC also attached to show what I had to work with.
Canon 80D, 70-300L @ 300, 1/2000 @ f/6.3, ISO-1600
Hand held from about 35'. 5-12-22 11AM with bright sun back lighting the birds and feeders.
Lesson when using spot meter be careful what gets metered, otherwise go to a zone metering.

on another forum it got commented on the background distracting from the bird - well that is the way things were.
