Focus Stacked Image of a Beetle

This is one of the tiny beetle night flyers that swarmed the porchlight last night. There were dozens of them crawling on the siding and window screens so I brought one in for a focus stacking session using the Laowa 60mm 2X macro mounted on a 36mm extension tube.
I thought that it would be interesting to see what this beetle would look like in a black and white view and I liked the feel of it so I thought that I would post it for something a bit different.

Retired CPO, I dispatched one of them from the swarm. They are about the size of a grain of rice. It is a "hard smooth-bodied" specimen so it will keep well in denatured alcohol. The "night flyers" are attracted to the porch light and I could collect May Beetles by the bushel right now.
