Backyard barred owl - repeat visit

Fourth time in the last 6 months, 2nd time in the last 2 weeks.
Quite the 'regular' now. My neighbor and I are hoping that (s)he moves in. Then, we have to spend less time chasing rabbits away from the flowers.

Same owl, both pics taken in a 30-minute interval as it moved from one tree to another. The second shot was taken after sunset, so the brownish hue.

Nice open lighting and back rounds with catch lights in the eyes ! - elusive to achieve with Barred Owls ! .......thanks for sharing

Thank you very much, Elliot.
I think the Z9 can cast a wider 'capture net'.
But for at-rest subjects, the older Nikon equipment works pretty good.
