I woke up a little after 4:00 am yesterday for no particular good reason. But instead of going back to sleep, I grabbed some coffee and headed out to see if I could catch a nice sunrise. Things seemed iffy at first, but as the sun started to wake up there were ~10 minutes of very intense color. Although it didn't last long, it was a great way to start the day.
You got a good catch on that one, too bad they don't last longer.

Beautiful capture; excellent timing. Thanks for sharing
Fabulous shot, Bill. The reflection is beautiful. All around beautifully composed.
The sunrise itself is beautiful, and the reflection makes it even more so.

Thanks Jack - I'm glad you liked it and appreciate your comments. They're pretty while they last, but there's a small window to catch them at peak color.

Thanks Celtis87 - I'm glad you liked it and appreciate your comments. I love the sunrise / sunset shots, but they have to compete with my first coffee of the day, or dinner. Turns out insomnia might be just what I need.

Thanks Don - I'm glad you liked it and appreciate your comments. I was lucky to hit the park about 5 minutes before the first sky color started showing up. It gave me just enough time to check and adjust my camera settings.
