I have them printed at Mpix - it's an offset of Millers (pro lab). I also take them to my local camera store (not bestbuy, but a real old fashion camera shop).

I like the quailty over Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Snapfish etc. Try a nice quality lab and then run the same prints with one of the 1 hour places, you'll see a huge difference and price wise it really isn't that much more. You'll never go back to Walmart again, promise!

MWAC, I'm truly surprise that do not own you own printer. You can get a very nice Epson or Canon with six colors for under 200 bucks. It would give you great quailty control, and the ability (unless your just that good) to see if you need to tweek a picture a bit more after it's been printed. Then reprinted it with in a matter of second.

I buy my ink and paper online at usually 40%off with no shipping or tax. It's not a cost thing, because I do not feel you save any money. I just like to have the picture printed (up to 8.5" to 11") immediately. No getting into the car, driving, going in,standing around waiting for the machine, coming back and waiting involved.

Of course I'm ADD, so that may explain my inpatiences.
I also find that my little "all in one" Epson printer gives me much better prints then I get from one of the chain stores. Much, much better.

When I have a print I need larger then it will print or want a special paper (like a rag) then I bring it down to the local camera/printing store.

I own my own printer and I've done tests using the same image printed myself, at the discount stores, cusomer labs and even a pro lab. If I'm going to frame it and hang it on my wall it goes to Mpix (or a simlar lab), if it's for a school project - I'll print at home. Nothing beats a pro-lab print, the quailty, colour ect are all top notch.

I will never use walmart, target, walgreens ever. The print quality sucks and they change your colour settings willy nilly. So it's either my local camera shop (pro lab quality) or a prosumer lab.
