Just getting back into the States from Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands after a three week trip. The flora and fauna just overwhelms my senses. Although I am now in recovery mode from the daily regimen of hiking and snorkeling twice a day ( once each morning and again in the afternoon) I do feel it helped me get back in shape after the 2 years of being a Covid Slug. We all joked about it being like Galápagos Boot Camp. The crew and guide on the boat were excellent and we were all highly pleased with our tour accommodations and the services they provided. Our guide, Richard Polatty, who has a PHD in geology and a wealth of knowledge in biology and climatology just filled our minds daily with highly informational lectures on the islands, weather and the inhabitants of each island we visited. We visited all the islands in the eastern and western locations during our trip with Inca Tours with my portable SSD getting nearly full of photo data. It will take me at least a month to process them I think.
In the meantime I do have a few that I processed with just the photos app on my IPad to show you. The rest will have to be done properly with DXO and Affinity.
