Another Set of Panoramas

Since I recently consolidated all my panorama photos into a single Album on Flickr, I thought it might be interesting to post a few more that had not been posted here before. There is no plan to the selection—just a few I am fond of and may not have shown you before (I looked at my prior panorama Sets but did not examine those not devoted to just panoramas). This Set is being linked into the Panorama section.

Parliament Building, London, England

I particularly like no.1- Parliament Building, London, England, and no.7 - Ponte Sant’ Angelo, Rome, Italy.
In neither of these can I see any of the 'curvature' often associatted with panoramas.

Just back from church, and catching up on responses.

Hi, angler! Thanks for the nice words!

John N, thank you for coming. I’m fond of those, too. Curvature occurs with all panoramas, but only seems odd if the subject is essentially flat.

Architect1776, thanks so much for the thumb up! I’m happy you liked them.

NMGal, nice to see you, too. I’m pleased you liked it. Thanks.

Hi, kpmac! Thank you very much. Happy to share.

luvmypets, thanks a lot. I’m surprised by your faving #8—are you a helicopter pilot?

No, I'm not a helicopter pilot but my 1st husband was. I have a lot of slides of him learning to fly at Ft Rucker, AL. He flew Huey's when we first arrived at Ft Bragg and then his unit transitioned to Black Hawks. My ex crashed a Black Hawk here at Bragg. A couple years later we split and divorced but I still like helicopters.

At Christmas they used to (don't know it they still do) let family members in to practice flying in the flight simulators. I enjoyed it even though I couldn't fly worth a darn. One of the guys in my ex's unit let me have the time slot he had when his family member didn't show up. He was actually a better instructor than my ex.
