We have all seen clouds and imagined horses or dragons or whatever. The mind ‘snapping’ to a familiar image when seeing a new scene is called pareidolia. Just now, a friend who sponsors our school’s BBQ team sent me a picture in which a very familiar scene has an unexpected bit of pareidolia that can only occur in a still photo. Mustang fire in the Mustang (school mascot) fire pit.
