This is My First Eagle

While driving around in some Idaho mountains I spotted this Eagle and another one sitting up in two separate trees overlooking the South Fork of the Snake River. This one sat there long enough for me to get a few photographs. I do not know a lot about birds but it looks as it it is not fully grown. It IS an Eagle isn't it? I did see 5 more so will try again the next time for more.

It is an immature Bald Eagle. Bald Eagles take about 5 years to attain a full white head.

Thanks for taking a look Zooman and for confirming it is an eagle. I thought so but was not positive, maybe only 98% positive due to the hooked nasty looking beak.
