Please help identify this tripod

Hi,
Hoping some clever person(s) can help identify this tripod. No markings, but seems reallyheavy-duty. We are clearing out a parents house and have come upon a treasure trove of camera items, from 6+ various cannon bodies (both SLR and DSLR), bags of lenses, accessories. Most will go to the local highschool as a donation, but we are looking for values on some items, like this tripod.
Condition: perfect except camera foot is missing.
Any ideas?

The quick release looks a lot like the one on an old Manfrotto I once had.

The camera mount plate is missing.
Its very clearly NOT heavy duty.
Its an off brand or no brand.
IOW worth so little Id just toss it.
Do not give it to Good Will. Its really incomplete and not ready to use but someone who doesnt know any better would lose $20 buying it.
Its not likely to use a standard camera plate. Even if it fit standard, the plate would be about $40. Unfortunately the combination wont sell for half of that.
Just toss it.

@userID- sorry, but this is heavy duty. That said, I would agree with the comment about the mounting plate. Much more to open, so maybe we will find it attached to one of the cameras or in a bag as we go. We found an older Canon rebel SLR, I am not sure ever used, so who knows what is next
We also found 2 SLIK U8000s, with their plates. Much lighter duty
I think much of this will go to the art dept at local school, if they want it

It could be a Tundra version used by videographers in the early of the big and heavy cameras. I have one similar but not as beefy.

For those of you whom decided to play along….
It is a guerrilla painter’s stand, used to secure a set of paints while painting outdoors (ie. Artist stuff, not house painting. I found the matching paint set, which had the adapter plate and, more importantly, the camera mount.
These kits can be very heavy (makes a camera with even a long lens look reasonable), so well made.
Since I found the mount, and it is a basic camera mount, will be going to the local photography center at the high school.

Head looks like a Bogen. Skinny legs = light duty. Not worth keeping unless you don't mind a heavy, relatively unstable tripod.

I have a Manfretto at home. This thing is just as solid. Not like the SLIK U8000s that were here. Now those were almost useless

can't really recognize the brand but it seems sturdy & built well , I would it's value would be $300.00-$400.00 hope that helps !
