Frontier Culture Museum - part 1....

Near the end of March, the wife and I made a visit to one of my favorite local places to photo shoot.
This museum is actually a working endeavor with period-dressed enactors going about their daily activities.
This place is divided into separate areas for each country represented. The museum is about 10 minures away from our house and gives a discount for seniors.
I hope you will enjoy my little tour of each area which I will show in a separate post for each one. All images were captured with my Fuji X-S10 and Fuji 18-135mm lens. All were taken with available light and no flash. This 1st one will show an English house.

1. The sign at museum's entrance.
2. Front of English home.
3. Cast iron pot over fire.
4. In the ladle above the wood barrel are hops being removed from soaking in water.
5. Some of the windows in this house.
6. Table in large room with various things on it.
7. Closer look at things on this table.
8. Various herbs hanging to dry.
9. Raw wool waiting to be processed.
10. Pickled beets and others on shelf.
A nice tour. Thanks for sharing you beautiful images.
Enjoyed your photos, they look lovely.

Beautiful compositions and lighting. They make me really see the art in the designs.
