ANIMATIONS QUESTION
Apr 22, 2022 14:42:52   #

My wife has created several cute animations using her personal photographs and Instagram (I think) to animate them. They work fine on her phone when complete. When she attempts to share them on our Photographc Society zoom sessions the finished image appears but does not move. Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

Could be gif file. Must be opened with a software(usually a web browser) that automatically runs the gif, not just show the first page.

I have seen instances of GIF files being copied and then the copy no longer run the animation, they have become static.
But I don't know why.

Are the file size the same? If yes, try opening it with another software. Maybe it just failed to run. Sometimes gif files need to be clicked to play.

Don't know, didn't check.
It was a while ago.
I suppose it depends on the browser/web page/computer (display vehicle).
I haven't tried copying one recently.
Sometimes in Facebook, one has to click on the image to start it (it has "GIF" in a circle), sometimes not.
