Original IPhone 8+ image was shot on the street in Prague. I did an initial Impressionistic conversion of this image in FotoSketcher using custom brush presets. Next I ran this image through a new app I heard about called, NightCafe( used the Van Gough Starry night look effect. Note* The image I saved was really a small file size so I upsized the image using a Photoshop Plugin called, Topaz Gigapixel. This is a fantastic plugin for enlarging your small files.
I brought both images into Photoshop and laid the Starry night image over the FotoSketcher base image and then masked out the parts of the Starry Night image I didn't want. The combined image was saved to my Dropbox app and then downloaded into my Photo Files on my IPAD. I brought the image into IColorama and then used EFFECTS> Raise to lift up the paint strokes and then Textures to add the old cracked effect.
Very impressive work done Fstop12, sounds like a lot of work, but the results speak for themselves.

Thank you for that kind remark. Creating in Photoshop and more recently IPAD apps is a form of escapism for me. I really enjoy doing it so I don't think of it as work.

A gorgeous street pair 💛💚❤️💜💙
Well done! Your artistic streak has intersected with your creative streak.
What an interesting pair. You’ve taken what was otherwise just a snap of a street scene and created a great “painting” in impressionistic style. I like that you reversed the image. Somehow the composition seems more interesting. Very cool.

Thanks, Yeah I like the image flipped as well. I do that often when I'm editing an image just to see what it looks like. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Just wondering where you found or got hold of "custom brushes"?
