Processed in Photoshop. Converted to Pencil Sketch added a solid purple layer to the bottom of the layer stack and changed Blend Mode to Linear Burn

At my house, we call those lazy hawks. We have one that sits in the tree, squawks, looks at the rabbits and other critters running around and does nothing. I dont know how he gets so fat. I did read they actually like to eat smaller birds.

They are tremendously efficient hunters that seem to love chasing prey with no intent to capture or kill.

I take your point, perhaps a thumbnail would have done. Anyway, it’s interesting to see the crispness is there to see in the original. I had wondered whether it was due to the processing used for the monochrome version. So good stuff all round.
