Edinburgh, Scotland, UK – the Castle

In 2007, I went with the church choir on a concert tour of the British Isles. We spent several days in Edinburgh, Scotland. I have previously posted Sets of selected photographs of St. Giles Cathedral (where we sang a concert) and of the city, but not of the Castle. Other UHH members have posted Castle pictures, and now I’m going to, too.

My wife and I are headed for Scotland as a vacation, history, and ancestry for three weeks. We will be close to Edinburgh for nearly all our last week. You have given us some of the things to look for. Great shots. My wife's ancestry follows the Dundas line of history so the monument to such will be on our "to do" list. Thanks for the photos and suggestions.
