The pot of purple/lavender Bearded Iris produced a purple bloom. Up to now this spring has been pale blue-lavender blooms.

I must be the odd man out here but I feel comfortable in telling you I do love the photograph. But my opinion is it is just too close to really be admired, sort of like getting nose to nose to the Mona Lisa. You are so close you cannot appreciate the beauty of the photograph. Other than that I like it a lot.

I would not go to any real trouble. 99% of your photos are darn near perfect or at least nothing I have ever noted any nits to bring up. Keep up the good work.
