A pre-Raphaelite composite, at least, that's the intention. I think it manages to portray some of the PRB's intent - attention to detail, a lack of focal perspective, bright colours, a story (of sorts) - and the bonus of a red-haired lady. Ah, couldn’t do much about that Frank, it’s part of the setting and had the model on it, she’s not composited. Would take quite a bit of effort to replace it - but it didn’t really strike me as out of period until you mentioned it!

Thanks Stan. The main elements for this one were taken on a shoot last week, so not too long as it’s the second composite from the shoot. Others however may well take more than a month - and some sit around for a very long time waiting for the inspiration to return so they can be completed. I have several large part-finished images that may see the light of day at some time in the future. My approach is, there’s no hurry so take your time. If I pop off before they’re done nobody’s going to be too disappointed! That’s the difference between doing things for fun and doing it for a living I guess.
