Nice photo, but no thanks. I love the stuff, just not together. I do not get the Chicken and waffle thing, or seafood and waffles.

thanks, I agree with you, I have never had chicken & waffles but
I had make something for a contest. and I like regular stuffing crispy, not soft and gooey, I like it well browned and staying with these thoughts and making a seafood stuffing what better way to make it crispy than to cook it in a waffle iron.

Nice photo. Not so sure about the combination of seafood and waffles, but Iā€™d try it out. Chicken and waffles I get - salty and sweet.

I hope you won the contest

Thank you for your comments, It was good, what the judge's biggest complaint was the baked parm crisp That they did not have to eat, they liked it but felt it was in the wrong place, and to do it again I would put the Brandy cream sauce in a separate dish to dip the bites into because of delay time in judging the waffles sat too long in the sauce.

Thank you for your comments, It was fun, I am told that about 100 people apply (summit recipes) to be in the contest and a pannel of judges pick 5 contestants to compete, all recipes need to be originals. cooking is done outside in a tent in front of an audience. I have never won #1 place yet (hopeful) its been 2nd, 3rd and 4th for me.

Very fine! I have thought about doing alternative waffles but never actually tried it. An encouragement, thanks!
