Here's a tricky little one - of course you smart people out there will solve it but it may take some time. Same rules apply - no Googling and no asking a nearby child to help.
This one uses a standard noughts and crosses grid (see attached) or you may know it as a tic tac toe game grid.
Here's the puzzle - put 6 x's or 6 o's on the grid (all in separate squares as you would in a normal game) so that there are never 3 in a row.
Don't give away the answer if you can figure it out just tell me how long it took you. I'll post the solution later

Just seconds, as others report. But my solution was different than the one shown by "twosummers." So, how many different (ignoring rotating the grid) combos are there?

I must be slowing down. Took me about 2 minutes.
Just a few seconds but like Verryl above, I had a different solution.
About 6 seconds
Mine was different too
In the sample there are three blanks or zeros in a diagonal line
Didn't time myself but about 5 to 20 seconds.
