Check out my quick interpretation of the photo of the woman looking up. I added some color to the photo and did it very quickly.

I like the color added but not with such red lipstick on that young face....I would do pink....

Pink is a better color. Being from California I guess I used to seeing young women wear much more really red lipstick. Pink is in keeping with the style of the photo as well. Thanks for the tip.

Paint the lips in a seperate layer, then change the blending mode to something else, like overlay, then reduce the opacity, you will get a much more realistic look.
