When preparing for a photo shoot, I generally like to arrive well before the client and set up and test my equipment, adjust settings, check lighting, and get an idea about white balance, etc. Often, my wife Marcia Gerrald Hillsman goes to assist with the shoot. More often than not, she is graciously the test subject. As a result, I often get some wonderful shots of her. This photo is only lightly edited with no touch-ups. Yesterday, the client saw some of my test photos and asked me if Marcia is my favorite muse! That would be a resounding yes!
