Hooray for Topaz!

My iMac and Topaz Sharpen quit working together. I contacted Topaz and they started with emails on steps for me to take. When this did not cure the problem, they set up a zoom call, took over the iMac, straightened out my files and everything works!

In these days of non-response, unintelligible instructions and apathy, this was a wonderful experience.

Have had good experiences with Topaz as well. Patience, however is necessary.

I'd suspect that effective communication played a major role. And that it takes two to tango.

Did the defugality occur as a result of some software update? or something you might've done?

Topaz gives great support. I've had a few issues over the years and they were very responsive. Remember there are only x number of customer service reps, but their are millions of users. These folks have to deal with trivial issues, as well as, complex issues.

I know what you’re talking about. I spend more time on hold, trying to get to someone who can help me for just about any issues I have.

Must give a huge shout out to Breville. I had a problem with my tea maker. They answered their phone immediately, zoomed me, figured out the problem and replaced my two year old defective unit in a matter of moments! Love that. Great company.

over time I've never had anything other than positive support from Topaz,
especially from Sharon Taylor, Topaz Support Specialist.
I fully recommend Topaz.

It's ever so nice to come across knowledgeable customer service. I let the official representative for the Nigerian Prince have access to my computer so that he could set up the account for me to receive the funds from the Prince in my bank account. It's been quite some time now and I keep getting messages from my bank telling me that my account has been emptied. I guess that they needed to empty it so that they could put the millions in it for me. Now that's good customer service..!!

However, could you please forward me the details of your Nigerian representative,
they sound a helpful and useful source to know.
