You may think the two hardly compliment each other as Henry VIII dissolved all the major monasteries! Still, my major critic seems to like it. Please critique if you have the time.

Terrific example of your creativity and first-class processing skills, Dave. Have you used the Abbey in any other composites? It seems like a super setting for many fanciful stories.

Hello Linda, I didn’t realise you were frequenting these parts again! Very good to see you here (although I’ve not done much myself recently I must admit). Thanks for the approval.
I have a few composites part-finished for one reason or another and I’m pretty sure one includes a wall from Fountains Abbey, but it’s not recognisable! Otherwise, I don’t think I’ve used anything else from here. Should do though, I have plenty to choose from and it’s a super place for hogs. I’m off on a pre-Raphaelite shoot tomorrow that I’ve been looking forward to but the weather is now forecast to get much colder overnight with the chance of snow showers - glad I’m not one of the models!
