Photo of Cleveland skyline
Good work. Nice focus throughout.

I think this image is a bit flat. If you increase your contrast it should increase your depth and sharpness. Cleveland is where I grew up and sold printing in my younger self. Haven't been back in about 30 years.
In as much as this is the critique section, I offer up my humble (and amateur) opinions.
The shot has some things going on which are problematic. I recommend one run their eyes around the edges of the photo to see if there are any distractions. In this case the large gray dirt mound detracts from the shot. My eye stops there and does not move on. The sign in the middle of the shot is also a distraction. It is an unreadable sign. Is it the subject? Probably not. The lateral freeway is also a distraction from the skyline of that great city.
A very good pro who lectures at our photo club says that most shots need a star (subject) supporting actors and background. And it has to be clear what those are. Not always, of course.
If you’re like me you are traveling or on the move and catch as catch can. In this case maybe closer exam of the mound and the rail line or whatever that iron bridge is. But when I’m traveling Im not
hike down into some out to get a shot. I usually just take the shot and move on.
So, IMO, this shot has some issues that cannot be overcome.
These are my honest thoughts. Here we are striving to improve and so sometimes critique can be a bit tough. But the few of us who hang here are the better for it. Thank you so much for being here. And I look forward to your next post

Thanks so much...btw, are you in Cleveland? I was tghere and happened upon a few cool things. I dont know about vantage points for cityscapes, but it is a pretty art deco city.
Happy shooting!
