Stormy Daniels Owes Donald Trump $300K
Adult film star, Stormy Daniels, has to pay former President Donald Trump $300,000 in legal fees after a federal court dismissed her appeal in an unsuccessful defamation lawsuit against. The ruling finally puts an end to Daniels’ false claim of a 2006 relationship between the two.
According to a report by the National Pulse, the legal feud is related to a 2018 lawsuit which alleged that before the 2016 U.S. P**********l E******ns, Donald Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid Daniels $130,000 so she would “not disclose” her alleged 2006 “affair” with Donald Trump.
Another report by the Washington Times states that, in 2018, U.S. District Judge S. James Otero dismissed her lawsuit and ruled that she had to pay Trump’s lawyer fees.
Satisfied with the ruling in his favor, former President Donald Trump released a statement on Monday in which he told his supporters that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals had given the final ruling in Daniels’ false lawsuit against him.
Trump added that throughout the years, he has adamantly denied Daniels’ claims. The ruling is a decisive victory for Trump, who believes that this lawsuit was politically motivated.
In a twist to the story, Stormy Daniels has, apparently, determined that she will not pay Trump, even if she has to face jail time. However, she may get over this salty attitude if authorities decide to take her up on that threat. But it’s questionable that she even has $300,000 to pay; so, this debt could be an ongoing part of her life for a long time.
