Hola everyone. I know I’ve been gone awhile, but I’m still kicking it here in soggy WI.

Here is another example of the greatest amateur model in existence. It’s a studio shot with Amoreena that we both deemed a throwaway at the time. After not seeing it for a few years, I’ve decided that I do like it after all. I hope y’all do as well.

What's not to like, when you shot Amoreena, your 80% of the way to a great image before you click the shutter! I would look at a photo of her making toast and probably give it a thumbs up! Seriously, great model, nice shot, glad it got to see the light of day and not just forgotten.

Great work on both your parts. The lighting and exposure are really nice.

One element that got it passed on at the time of shooting was that her rt arm seems to have been amputated?? Doesn’t ruin the shot for me, but it’s certainly not raising its mark either.

Hey FA, ya, I’m okay with the left arm but I wish the right lower arm was across her abdomen or something like that. I do have others, but not with the same expression she gave me on this one.

Overall, I think it’s okay. If a student did this, I’d have to grade it a B, just for the lighting. The pose is actually good, it’s just that damn arm that brings the grade down one letter.
