His proclomation means nothing. He is simply pandering to his right wi g base.
I will say that I am troubled and unsure of how to handle this problem of t*********red athletes competing, but DeSantis isn't making things better with this ignorant move.

You’re absolutely wrong. The NCAA leadership needs to pass a resolution the states “ in athletics you will compete in the g****r of your birth”. Good that you don’t live here because Florida loves him and there is a good chance he will be the Republican candidate for President in 2024, and based on what has happened in the past 14 months, he will win in a landslide.

The one thing I will tell you is that simplistic solutions based upon nothing but your, feelings are usually ineffective and fail at their mission.

As to Deathsantis becoming President, I hope not. He'll definitely be one of the worst three Presidents in the history of this country. #1 Donald Trump #2 William Henry Harrison #3 DeSantis.

Florida probably has the largest number of very wealthy and intelligent people retired of any state. And it is generally acknowledged that Jimmy Carter was the worst president the country ever had until of course Biden leaves in which case Jimmy will move to second. Question for you if you had a daughter competing in NCAA athletics, how would you feel about her competing against a man who identifies as a female?

Who would finance a national competition comprised of ten or thirty athletes? (just a guess, I do not know the numbers, its prolly lower)
Especially if you break out a t***s female and a t***s male classification. The numbers dwindle.
And now for the national wrestling competition, we have Alex competing against...wait, she is the only athlete in the competion. So, on to swimming, we have Lia competing against...wait, same problem.

After graduating from Yale in 2001 with a B.A. magna cum laude in history, DeSantis spent a year as a history teacher at the Darlington School. He then attended Harvard Law School, graduating in 2005 with a Juris Doctor cum laude. Just guessing but he is probably smarter than any of the Libs in the attic.

My high school alma mater.
