St. Patrick’s day parade, NYC, continued

These are a little different from yesterday‘s postings. I did some cropping, sometimes quite a bit, to isolate interesting parts of photos. There were odd faces in the parade, and expressions, but barricades to keep me from getting close. That’s what I looked for in choosing these.
There were several spectators photos: I have one here.
As always, I look for light and color as much as I can. And sometimes, with a cooperative model, I can actually control the background. It doesn’t hurt to ask
