For a small task of keeping the sanding belt tensioned on my Home built belt sander/ grinder.
Reading the instructions I came upon this.

Maybe 11.0? or 10.
A double struck 1?

Maybe that's if you plug it in backwards?

It's upside down, probably for the aussie market.

Nothing wrong here, it’s for the anti-matter universe.

I have some factory Kawasaki shop manuals that were undoubtedly written in Japan by a Japanese. While generally pretty good, sometimes I come across a sentence or paragraph that leaves me wondering if I suddenly became dyslexic.

I wish I still had the manual that came with my Canon FT1 (I think) c. 1965. Hysterical. Original undoubtedly in Japanese, then translated into English by someone for whom English was a second language - a distant second!

Obviously someone put the instructions for a compressor in with your sander/grinder. Wrong! Also it's written wrong. Compressors don't come on high and go off low. Of course you know this or you wouldn't have put this on here.

Gee, Frank, why would you expect proper instructions these days?

The instructions are referring to the air outside the compressor.
