A couple days ago FOTOARTIST posted some images of lighting glassware. So, it got me thinking. Using some gels continuing lighting and a flash, I came up with these two images.

Interesting use of light and color Frank. I would like a much more open crop to put the images in perspective.

Thanks Jack. The color comes from gels I used on both the continuous light and the flash. I did a close crop because the base is a CD. I didn't want the edges to be seen.

Beautiful abstracts! I love the soft glow of the 2nd shot! The CD was a great idea! Well done and fun.
