Dell XPS running windows 11. I hooked up a brand new PRO-300. The first and only printer hooked up to the Dell XPS.
My issue... the print spooler will not stay running. I have reinstalled the OS as well as the drivers and nothing I do seems to help. Print spooler stops. I start it and it stops a few seconds later. I have researched to no avail.
2 questions...
Anybody else experience this?
Anybody aware of Canon US and Microsoft US email support address' I can send questions to and actually get an answer.

I would call Canon. Their phone help is pretty good.
