Arroz Caldoso.
Hello, first post here. My name is Ernesto, sous chef for a company in Central Florida. My hobby is food photography wonder why. Both photos taken with iPhone 13.

What does Arroz Caldoso mean? We call rice porridge, Arozcaldo when it has chicken on it. Without the Chicken it becomes a chinese name; lugaw (lou-gao).

Arroz Caldoso mean seafood rice in the Spain cuisine, you can make it with anything you want, busy basically is seafood with fish fume and a touch of saffron.
