Chapter 2 is to let fully operational MiG-29s rot in Poland. And - rather than making the decisions in secret - we announced to the world that we thought about it, even enlisted the cooperation of Poland and presumably Germany, and then backed out.

If you had been following the. Story:
The proposed American plan was for Poland to give their Mig29(s) to Ukraine as the Ukraine AF already flew this air frame . No training or logistics needed. America would replace them with American aircraft.
Poland backed out
Poland proposed to hand them to NATO and America to give them to Ukraine. Ramstein AFB in Germany.( a American NATO base)
America considered this but saw involving NATO would play into putins hands and likely spread war beyond Ukraine.
Get it straight
“Rot” in Poland . ??? They are flown by polish air force
The U.S. military at the time of its withdrawal from Afghanistan said that it had permanently disabled its abandoned military gear.

Ukraine lies within the sphere of influence of Russia. NATO does not include Ukraine.
The U.S. has no compelling interest in Ukraine insofar as the U.S. national security or national interest go. Yet, rigid ideologists in the U.S. and elsewhere continue to manufacture pseudo interests but thankfully not enough to d**g the U.S. into the Russia-Ukraine war.
Meanwhile, Russia and Ukraine continue talking even as warfare rages in country. Let us hope these two nations reach compromise in their interests, followed by peaceful relations.

And obviously it’s a great time to play partisan politics
A crises of epic proportions is threatening displace hundreds of thousands in Ukraine and possibly precipitate yet another world war and this is all you can bring to the table lowkick?
God have mercy on those poor souls in Ukraine and their heroic leader Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy who when asked for US support to fend off Vladimir Putin in 2014 all he got was a shake down for political dirt by Donald Trump (who is now going to be impeached again...) I pray to God that they get it right this time...
Putin is counting on "Right Wing" supporters in the US to cover for his barbaric genocide in Ukraine...
This tragedy may well be the undoing of both Putin and his "Friend" Donald Trump who just days again called Putin... "Smart, really smart..."
Once again please pray for peace before this madness escalates to thermal nuclear war...
Keeping in mind the that United States is the only country in the world who has ever used nuclear weapons...
A question for you lowkick... Do you have any children? If so what scenario do you wish for their future?

I am Keeping in mind the that United States is the only country in the world who has ever used nuclear weapons...so I say that is a deterrent for Putin. I don't say institute a No-Fly zone but I do say Give Zelenskyy the Migs and don't worry about Putin like the Chicken-s••• Biden administration.
Thanks for link to article. It explains a lot regarding the hardware lost to the Taliban. The inability to maintain this gear will lessen its life and usefulness.
